Minimum Image size

Is there a way to enforce a minimum image size as well as a maximum? I want to enforce the size of image that I have in my settings as some people that submit uber small images. It gets annoying when you have these large banners and then all the sudden an 88x31. I go through and remove them but it would be nice to be able to enforce a minimum sized banner as well as a maximum.

There is no minimum size check, you would need to create a custom plugin to add a function like that.

As Mark said and I belive it's better, maximum is best you dont wanna go for minimum

I actually want a maximum and a minimum for a cohesive design. Without a minimum people upload these tiny banners and I don't like that at all. I'll have to see if I can figure out how to make a plugin then. Thanks.
